Our Guts•z journey began in 2022 when Josh and I challenged one another to create healthier daily habits. We tackled alcohol by swapping out our beer and cocktails with non-alcholic alternatives. It was tough at first, but keeping our daily routine with products that satisfied the ritual not only solidified a new lifestyle but also inspired me to quit nicotine…again (well maybe for the 100th time, but who’s counting, right?).
I’ve been a smoker, a joker, a midnight toker since I was 15, and these habits are so deeply woven into my life that every attempt to quit felt like I was doing it the wrong way, losing myself, my rituals and even my friends. Patches failed and my jaw was sore from endlessly chewing gum. I knew this time had to be different!
That’s when Josh and I clinked our NA beers together and got to work on creating an alternative product that satisfies the habit without the harm, that keeps us connected to our rituals, our friends, and most importantly, ourselves.
